That's the entirety of 'How Scotland Lost Her Parliament' (1891), including full Appendix notes, now available to you.
The author, Charles Waddie, is a pro-unionist Scottish Nationalist, because such people existed in Scotland prevalently pre-World War propaganda.
I can't recommend this book enough to Scots of all political persuasions. Please make time to read it. It's so valuable for its information.

Fantastic news, all devolved governments telling WM where to stick their Brexit 😁 Well done Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 & NI👏 We've had enough of this unequal, pathetic pretence, of an equal partnership. WM will carry on regardless but it's a strong message & unprecedented & we will not give up 👍

Yesterday in Glasgow was dreich and windy, but an estimated 80,000 people came out for the march for Scottish Independence. @daishin and I marched with our friend the Gaelic poet Babs Nicgriogair. That's Daishin at the front of the photo, Babs and me behind the banner. There were people from Plaid Cymru, here from Wales to march in solidarity. It was entirely peaceful. There were a few (and I do mean a few; probably not more than 20) unionist counter-protestors. They looked lonely.
