Back to learning how to get an RS485 connection working with a Pi Pico. My goodness, electronics forums are nasty. One search led me to a page where the OP, obviously with English not as a 1st language, described his issue, understanding why his RS485 device only had 3 connections. The 2nd reply linked to a doc called "How to ask a question the smart way" and that was followed with "Absolutely wrong. Learn the electronics basics before posting your misleading statements"
I mean, why bother?
The same thread - which was a person asking for help in understanding a confusing protocol, remember, ended up with two members quoting other posts on the forum as they slagged each other off. Neither actually answered the OP's question.
I'm not going there, that's for sure.
