Made a new batch of crunchy peanut butter:
200g Morrison's redskin peanuts, 400g Tesco roasted & salted peanuts, 125g Tesco roasted & salted cashews (for that something extra), a pot of cheap, no sugar/no salt peanut butter (ASDA this time but Morrison's is fine) for a smoother mix, a leetle salt (not much), and a spoonful of groundnut oil as it was a wee bit dry.
