This is how it works: one presentation after another and the fumbling with the schedule happens without being observed by the audience.
I like it, the flow of sessions is much better and hosts have all the time they need to find a slot.

@BarneyDellar first impression is that the agenda is much fuller than last year, people didn't self-moderate because they couldn't see the agenda.
But I think this could be a good thing, sessions will be smaller and I think people who normally wouldn't have proposed a session because they felt it wasn't important enough, did actually propose a session.
