I'm guessing the Scottish Budget had more in it than just raising income tax for the wealthy. So difficult to tell since that seems to be the only thing deemed worthy of being reported upon.

@raymierussell, all the folk on £100 grand a year seem to be on Facebook and are furious at their change in circumstances. Conclusive evidence that an absence of basic literacy is no barrier to getting a good job. #bullshit
