@Tattie @ria This is a vital part of the self-discovery process, imo. Once I became more “settled” in my identity, I revisited some things I’d shunned and found how they could still fit the “new” me.

@ValerieMars @Tattie @ria This was definitely me through my first year in transition. It felt so important to perform my "transness" so people would take me seriously. As other things started to firm up, though, I realized how much that need to perform was rooted in accepting a lot of cisnornative ideas about gender.
