Right, so I now have a instance sitting at git.journeyman.cc/

I've experimentally migrated all my (own) GitHub projects across to it; that's all gone extremely smoothly. I haven't yet migrated my private projects to it.

I installed it using the unofficial package (again, all very smooth), and I've proxied it behind with a @letsencrypt certificate, There was no documentation for Apache integration, but I busked, and that went smoothly too.
