What a sh*tshow London zoo is. Booked tickets for timed slot only to find that there is a 2.5 hour wait in a queue to get in.
Already spent an hour getting here for the ticketed time. Tickets say non-refundable but surely this is false advertisement when you cannot get in at the ticketed time. Got two definitely not happy girls here. Should've been a special holiday outing.
