A female mallard duck, viewed from behind, sitting in a swirling river. She is sort of snoozing, and her head is tucked in and facing back towards the camera and her rear end. The viewer gets a good view of her back, wings, tail and bottom. Her feathers are a mix of peach and various brown and grey colours, with swirls and sort of stripes in multiple directions.

Delicate pink and white crab apple blossom - good sized round flowers and buds - with green foliage. The blossom fills most of the picture, and in the background there is more soft focus green, pink and white.

A female sparrow perched on top of a green leaved bush. She is facing to the left, and has very fluffy pink, brown and grey feathers. Her wings are darker brown and somewhat striped. She is looking intently towards the left.

An old railway viaduct - 2 and a bit arches visible - spanning a wooded valley. The arches rise above tall green trees, with dark shadows underneath the arches, and a very sturdy looking stone pillar holding up the viaduct. In the foreground green leaves from many trees and bushes are visible. In the background the sky is grey.
