Today's #1001albums was interesting. My main takeaways:
#Laibach were huge Queen fans, but apart from the obvious One Vision cover, the other references might only be picked up by hardcore Queen fans.
Laibach had a strange obsession with #Opus' "Live Is Live" (fun fact: the original was recorded live at the Messehalle Oberwart. So an international hit was made in Oberwart and that's something my brain can't process).
Without Laibach no #Oomph! or #Rammstein

Ich habe erst über todlangweiligen US Rock und Metal gerantet, welcher seit den 90ern quasi gleich klingt. Dabei ist Deutschrock. bzw. neue deutsche härte ebenso kreativ. Entweder man klingt wie die Onkelz oder Rammstein. Musik meist für intellektuelle Tiefflieger. Abwechslungsreich wie das Marktgemüse im Landgasthof.
ps. Das schlimme ist, ich mag Rammstein, aber brauche nicht 432 Bands, die genauso klingen. Und ja, ich kenne #Oomph XD
